I got sleep paralysis today again, and I'm thinking about it again. I had a usual one. Voodoo doll with shark teeth. The end. It doesn't scare me but it's really weird.

@michi0 The last time I had a tall shadoe figure was 2 months back. There were two and both were like static: one was red and another was purple. It was a weird experience. At first, it an extremely frightening experience, but the more you get it, it becomes easier to handle. I hope it wasn't too bad for you? ^^ it can cause a huge rush of adrenaline and give you horrible anxiety to sleep as well. So I hope you are well~

Sounds so scary tho. I’ve had it a few times but I’m very lucky to never open my eyes. I just hear and feel stuff. I always focus on wiggling a toe or finger and that breaks it.

It definitely is really scary in the beginning. I always open my eyes since I'm a curious piece of stupidity. (٥↼_↼) Sometimes, wiggling a toe or moving itself isn't enough, and you have to do the hardest thing: speak. But it can cause extreme anxiety, and panic attacks can occur before you sleep mostly. So... yes, don't open your eyes unless you want to harm yourself mentally. XD
