Oh boy, we're opening this can of worms. lol. Ummm currently I use an aeropress >16g coffee >course grind (20 on encore) >50g water @ 145F for bloom with 3min dwell >top up to 200g water @ 208F with 2:30 dwell >stir 5 times >push 30s Also using single origin mexican beans today.. typically i use yirgacheff ethiopian beans https://i.imgur.com/e9YSdJx.jpg Edit: also worth noting ideally you should be able to have it black.. if i fuck up i just add hot chocolate mix to mask an imperfection but thats generally sacrilege x3.
