I think people are confused on what "Fetish" means. It's not just a kinky turn on, it's quite literally something you need to have or do in or to get off. These are just kinks. Fetish, an object or bodily part whose real or fantasied presence is psychologically necessary for sexual gratification and that is an object of fixation to the extent that it may interfere with complete sexual expression. In other words, it's an obsession. Need might be a tad strong, but for some it becomes just that.
