I'm just stunned people are trying to use law terms as an excuse for pedophilia. Yes girls hit puberty in the young teens, many boys do too. And if we were uncivilized savages that acted like animals, it'd probably be looked over. The thing is. We're civilized and intelligent beings. We do not follow nature's law when it comes to mating. Nor should we even need a law to tell us. We're intelligent enough to know that just because you hit puberty doesn't make you mentally mature enough to do those things without consequences. At least some people are. So stop debating fucking laws or whether it's criminal or not and use some damn common sense. Pedophilia is wrong and unjustifiable in ANY situation.

@yaasshat: I see exactly where you're coming from. And you're right, what they did could be considered entrapment. That's the wonder of having a lawyer that lacks morals, they can help get you off scot-free from even the most disgusting of charges. And it's why when going after people like this, you have to follow procedure and laws to the letter. A single mistake in the process and the case can be dropped. It's an argument I tend to throw away though, because they're adults. They should know better than to be meeting an underage person for sex in the first place.
