From my experience, any guy that at least has his head on straight at a minimum would probably be flattered by a girl asking him out. Maybe he might not be interested in dating said girl, but I think it would boost a guys confidence a bit if girls did it more often and the old expectation of the man solely asking the girl out slowly continued to wither away.

I agree. Its not fair to always expect men to do everything. I usually pay on my dates and drive.

It's unfortunate there aren't more single girls like art out there. It'd be a refreshing change of pace from the rat race the current "normal" dating scene tends to be. That being said, dating should be 50/50 at a minimum. Alternate who drives, who pays, or split things, etc.
