112lbs is a lot of progress! Keep up the hard work. 60 should be a breeze at this point. Be careful not to go too hard on protein as that will increase weight gain. How I jumped from 130 to 160. Only recently dropped down to 152. So keep lifting and staying active while eating foods that keep you energized without storing more. @solid_snake95

Thank you all so much! I have been safely intaking protein at recommended doses before workouts every other day and hitting the gym harder in different muscle groups. Yesterday was leg day. But foreal I never before thought I could get to this point in my life. I woke up this morning stood up to my body mirror and saw my abs were hardening and poked them in disbelief. Welp! They were real!
