MO: Opinion Thread

I just came back home and MO is a great site, but have it flaws and Max, I need to say that i had never seen such a funny channel like this. Really thanks for introducing them. I wish this site would be a anime hang out I mean most people are not here for dating, I mean sometimes couples are born here and there but still this is like a anime club more

Well sunflower a lot of people on here are looking for relationships for example me and I bet people are looking for relation ships on here if you look hard and they just don't know how to introduce them selfs another example of that is me.

I dunno sunflower o.o i think most people are looking for a relationship on here. They just don't actively seek it out because well... why would they? O.o we're here to make friends and not every person we talk to is going to be someone we would like. And it is basically an anime hangout anyways xD so it really works as both. ^.^ Plus theres many people on here that don't use the forums, they just purely talk to people privately, and theres probably tons of relationships that have formed through that as well that we really wouldn't notice or know about o.o But, I enjoy it, I've met some interesting people so far o.o and I've met some that I would date as well. Only time will tell.

There are many places out there that are for anime hangouts. xD You can't really say that for dating for nerdy people :-p What, there is a site called geek 2 geek thats even MORE geared toward dating, but its also like, 30 bucks a month. So. No. Fuck that.

I'm pretty sure most people come here seeking a relationship. After all, this site is advertised specifically as "Anime Dating." They just give up because those they seek give up on using the site for dating. Since I'm certain that girls are in the minority on MO, I think that making the site more attractive to them will improve the ambition of all the members.

no kidding @jack there is a girl shortage on this site. there are the girls who come here seeking love and then there are the ones who only come here seeking friends. but either way there arent that many girls here compared to the hundreds of guys lining up to get paired with someone. most people just give up on looking because its hard to find people...as an example if i were to search up girls in florida half of the results that come up are non-active users who havent been here in a year to 2 years. premium probably doesnt have to deal with that since they are paying for the better match making but even then im sure it doesnt help much the site is pretty fun at times i will admit for like socializing and stuff it can be fun but im just looking at it from the side of those who face these problems. the quiet people, and the lurkers. cause they matter too
