so lets talk about catfish

https://imgflip.com/s/meme/Ancient-Aliens.jpg as we all know this is the internet and peeps like to do all kinds of stuff from trolling to trash talking etc. but what about catfish? people pretending to be someone they arent. for example http://maiotaku.com/p/thatyugiohkid18 had a pic up of a redheaded girl and so i did some searching and found a twitter account with the same girl https://twitter.com/falll_x and asked to make sure you know that she was the same person...but she removes the pictures then i ask why she removed it and if she was catfishing and she removes my comment as well i get if people have self esteem issues hey i even have it thats why you dont see any pics up in my gallery all there is are anime characters. but why use someone else's face as your own? and dont come at me with the whole "well your using an anime character's face" thing http://img07.deviantart.net/b2d4/i/2013/158/b/d/let_me_tell_you_something__by_ponylightningchaser-d6866t6.png cause its a drawing...its not an actual living human being. its better to be yourself and accept it if your idk ugly or whatever than pretend to be someone your not only to get attention

I met a girl on here awhile back that I really liked but was suspicious and so I cyber-stalked and discovered it was a guy. But he wasn't really trying to catfish me, we just got along well. He's been going as a girl online for like 6-7yrs so now it's habit. Though he doesn't seem to have any intention of transitioning. Sucks too because was almost my perfect preference for a girl, lol. (Also he says he's not gay/bi/pan).

I don't care anymore tbh. I've seen a couple of accounts on here that were obvious catfish and some female ones with kaaaaawwaaaiiii girl pictures that are obviously male by the way they write.. but getting worked up over it is pointless. Such accounts won't cease to exist and honestly as long as I don't meet them irl idc. Let them work out their selfworth issues.

to be honest it takes a very sad person to pretend they are something they are not and ultra sad wasting time creating multiple accounts to do this.
