https://youtu.be/a6hyNRu_-cg This is what I made for dinner tonight. I haven't made this recipe in years but talked about it so much @arc wanted to try it. Flambéd Cornish Hens in cognac and basted them with a tarragon compound butter which I then made into a cream gravy. Mashed potatoes and green beans.

They have as much meat on them entirely as a big chicken breast. And they are cute n smol. Fun to cook XP

Cornish game hens are a type of chicken and very delicious. As for me? No pictures because lazy... Currently making homemade fried rice and then making it into a stir fry with mixed veggies and chopped up chicken breasts. Edit: And an appetizer of antidepressants. Mmmmm... Tastes like medicated mediocrity!!!

@Arc made a turkey/veg mustard meatloaf last night. Chopped bell pepper, carrots, celery, onions, mushrooms mixed into ground turkey and baked then encrusted with some kind of coarse ground mustard top. Really colorful. Will try to remember to snag a pic of leftovers. (***And since you never write anything down, here you go. I'll document the foods you make that I like here so you know how to cook them again. XD ***)
