I absolutely love to bake but I'm a decent cook as well. The other day I made lemon chicken with lemon butter brussel sprouts, red potatos, and a tomato feta salad that tasted so good on the potatoes. I wish I had some pictures of some of my macarons or tarts to show off but they got lost on my old phone >.<

Toppings are just cheese, red&green bell peppers, and onions. Also put some oregano on it for good measure.

i think the next time i make pancakes im gonna do pancake muffins
they just didnt cook right and i think little pancake muffins are funner than a boring plate of circles :3

speaking of failures
i tried the pancake muffins and they came out flat, flour clumped, and fishy tasting
i threw out the recipe but i followed it perfectly, triple checking.
the only change was my buttermilk went bad so i tried to improvise with whole milk+ one tablespoon white vinegar and a teaspoon white vinegar
it didnt taste vinegary, it tasted eggy/bready/fishy
with 3 tablespoons sugar
and one egg
i added more sugar to the last patch and it helped, but only a little

Could use baking soda... Or maybe baking powder, I don't remember. But, they're both leavening agents. Always do a Google search on alternatives. For my pancakes, milk and vinegar works fine(whole milk is better, I wouldn't use skim.), but I also use baking soda, it helps get them fluffy(Think baking soda and vinegar. It creats CO2 bubbles and that makes little pockets of fluffiness.) . Baking is fun, even when its a failure. Gotta learn somehow, trial and error.
