Hi Soustes! Welcome. :) I see you're a Tomoya fan. Man, did that guy go through some struggles. Most animes are focused on school age people, roughly from middle school to college, so it's not that much of a surprise that the majority of the viewers are in those age groups. It is a great art form, especially with the more unique animation styles, such as Key Studios (Clannad, Air, Kanon) and a new series that I love, Hai to Gensou no Grimgar. If you haven't seen the released episodes yet, I recommend that you do. The animation is absolutely beautiful!

Have you watched an anime called angel beats it has a similar kind of thing but everyone in the anime is dead but its quite sad at the end

I haven't seen it, but I know of it. I did hear it had a very sad ending. Once I finish all the shows on my to-watch list, that's probably one that I'll end up watching.
