Skyrim Mods Recommendations?

Thinking of playing Skyrim again and was going to mod it. For those whose play on PC, what are some Mods you'd recommend? it can be anything from weapons, armors, magic, textures, overhaul, etc

One of my must have is Enhanced Lights - http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/27043/? This mod removes a lot of ambient lights and that gives a more realistic look to the game. The Delphine mod which (in my opininon) makes her like Geralt of Rivia. http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/27525/? NPC - http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/36334/? this one adds ~90 new NPC to the game and custom dialoge to them. I always felt skyrims a bit empty. GL;HF
