Love Confessions

Been confessed four time, never fell in love so always been awkward, two of them were two best friends and both confessed to me so yea.... never been able to keep irl girl has a friends. Of course they were sad and kept asking why of course trying to make the impossible come true hella annoying, has for me cant say I really felt a thing since I wasnt really tied to them. Classic ending where I had to cut the cords because they were sulking and such.

I confessed my heart out to someone, and got friend zoned. I felt like crap, because knowing she doesn't love me back at the same level kinda felt really bad. She did say, she "loves me as a friend". Idk. Give me some advice here, cause idk.

@Lord being friends is good too but try not to think on it too much. Another thing you could do is give it some time. That's how I got into a relationship with my last ex. There's a lot of variables that go into this...

The first time someone confessed to me, I thought she was joking... ...That didn't turn out too well. :( Though in my defense, I was in 7th grade and I didn't really have any romantic feelings yet. So... yeah... we both felt super awkward after that and I felt really bad about realizing it was real and hurting her. But all is well now, and we're actually good friends again. ^^

I've been single for about three years at this point - the story for me is that I've had plenty of confessions over that period of time but sadly, it was always by girls who I wasn't interested in and it always sucks having to tell someone that I don't see them that way but I have to be straight-forward and honest with them otherwise they just won't get it. Whereas when it comes to girls that I was interested in I was turned down every single time which sucked honestly. It's a far cry from when I was 15-18 when I could easily get a girlfriend no problem so I'm kinda baffled how it all turned around but I guess that's just a personal problem of mine, I dunno.
