Love Confessions

I've received three confessions, the first was a random girl I had never even seen before. The second was from my friend who I now know is gay, but I still hang out with him because he's a great guy. The third being a British girl who I have been friends with for a few years (although I did turn her down). I've never been the type to even consider romance, in fact I see it as a hormone induced chemical reaction that influences people to breed. I would however probably give into someone's advances if they were persistent and had their head on straight.

3 times for me. 1st time was when I was 13, I rejected a girl because I liked someone else. 2nd time I confessed to my childhood friend and I got rejected. She loved me as a brother 3rd time I met this girl in California and this time distance beat me.

Someone has confessed to me before but I've rejected them because of their age. Their personality was good but nope. Ain't doing that shit. I disconnected myself afterwards. After graduating high school, a year later I confessed to my crush. I got rejected. About eight months ago, I confessed to someone. I got rejected. After that, more rejections. I confessed to someone again, got accepted. However, it slowly went downhill. I broke up with them. It seems they only wanted me as a sexual object.

"Have you ever had to confess or someone confess their love to you? If so how did it go? How did it make them feel? How did it make you feel? What happened prior to that situation?" Le siiiigh. Love confessions! Nothing quite like young love aka honest love at any age. I've found in my experience that the best "confessions" were those with no words, just body language and sincere touch. Tension, anxiousness, obsession and passions all on the rise. Expressing your fondness for someone is pretty incredible. To be able to to confess makes you very fortunate, even if it ends sour. To be direct with your questions: Yes I've been confessed to and have confessed to others. More awkward moments then favorable, but all memorable. I'm sure the instances where I didn't feel the same, it probably felt lame, but I never treated them differently! The times where I was rejected, felt crummy! haha, but I learned to move on. When it was mutual it felt amazing! When it wasn't it felt worrisome because I didn't want to mislead, bother or hurt anyone. Prior to that situation? I suppose everything was pretty normal up until the confession- so the confession was a shock. In some cases where it was mutual, there was a build up of awareness of the other that made things tense!

I dont know... I feel like love confessions are a anime thing and dont belong in the real world... just get to know the person or ask them on a date.. dont go around conffessing your love towards them

I don't know about that mitchq. I think there's something special about a person who has the courage to confess their love. Especially if you've known them for a long time.

Well as for me, i've had enough of this confession thing. Lol. I always end up as the "2nd Girl" anyway. Tough life. Haha
