Site error 404 keeps happening

I have tried to accept friend requests and keep getting a 404 error. Can't send friend requests either. I have sent a few messages and waited for results, but I don't think they are being read. So I am asking you, the people, how to fix this error. (Can't send PM's or receive any.)
