What are some of the best and worst ones featuring the Vocaloids?

I don't know very many. I've only played Project Diva 1 and 2 on PS3/Vita, and they were both very well-made, challenging rhythm games. The second one was better IMO. Haven't played Mirai for 3DS, but I've heard decent things.

I did play the original arcade game when I lived in Tokyo, but I barely remember it. It was a blast, though.

There are mobile games featuring Hatsune Miku. One is Hatsune Miku Live Stage Producer. So-so. Basically you're Miku's manager, and you manage stuff like her performance venues and all-- there are limited songs free to play, though they do give her skins very reminiscent of Project Diva. Didn't stick with it, though.
I did keep this game called Beat Beat Vocaloid Plus, though. I guess it's similar to OSU! and features not only Vocaloid songs, but some others from Honeyworks and Kagepro. They used to have it on Google Play, but now I think you'd have to visit the Kestrel Games site to download the app. There're fairly a lot of free songs for you to play, and many seasons to pay in order to unlock (but the songs are still good). Welp, if you don't mind mobile games, you can check these out.

Yeah, the Vita version is best. No lag, much more responsive, better for rhythm games.

I've played Project Diva F, Project Diva F 2nd and Project Mirai DX. They're all really really fun! I can't entirely choose a favorite due to the fact that Mirai DX offers cute chibi Vocaloids(including Gumi) and it features songs that the other games haven't touched (Like Cendrillon or Matryoshka). It also has that option to make dances to share with friends. You can even switch which Vocaloids sing in what songs. For "1925," you can play as all the different Vocaloids except Gumi but then again, You can only use her for "1,2, Fanclub!", "Happy Synthesizer", "Matryoshka", or "Invisible." The only problem I have is that my hands are kinda big for a girl and it makes playing the 3DS harder and more uncomfortable. Oh, another cool thing though is that it has both touch and button modes in easy, medium, hard, and super hard!
I have a Vita and playing F and F 2nd is a blast! The Vita fits so good in my hand and I can hit all the really fast notes. Also because I have a Vita TV, I can also use a PS4 controller to play it on my TV. It does have a little bit of lag which is really annoying but it's still fun. I really enjoy all Vocaloid games honestly because I'm a huge fan. I have over 100 hours in F 2nd alone. The only thing I don't care for is having to get all the DLC eventually but hey, most games have it.
