Why did you join MaiOtaku?

moved to a new city, need to find nerds to hangout with. especially to DDR with. most importantly DDR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I came here looking for friends and possibly romance. I've tried other websites and the people were either creeps or they were not really into anime or gaming I would like to find some people with similar interests.

I came here to make friends because I've been feeling very lonely! >~< Also would like something more but, main priority is making friends with similar interests. So far, i haven't had any success because the people I used to talk to disappeared and I never hear from them anymore. xc

I joined with the hopes of this being ALOT bigger site, being the only real anime dating site when i joined, and to this day the only free one. but it's been disappointingly slow /: i stick around though, the one person i have talked to long term on here, is now one of my closest friends C:

I joined coz i really want people who are otaku's. we could get along and share the anime's we like, characters that we hat, and express what we feel in anime. good thing i type otaku chat. :)

I joined to make friends, but ended up finding a boyfriend and now haven't been online for ages... That relationship didn't exactly work out but we're on speaking terms and yes I still like him.... But anyway now I'm back again to make friends because I love anime and really need some people to talk about it to, but also because I don't really have any friends irl so it's kind of important to me hehe
