I joined with the intention of making friends and potentially a relationship. I came to like the maiotaku set up and stayed. I like my fellow fans so it's good to swap posts with them and you never know who you might develop a connection with.

At first I was bored looking for some anime skype group so I happen to find one across the forums here so I joined it then few months later decided to join this same site for new friends or possible love interest

I idly thought I would half-heartedly dip my foot into online dating, so I decided to try a site where people had similar interests. I gave up on romance within a day, but somehow got into a relationship a couple weeks later.
