Instant messages are now realtime, when before there was a small multi-second delay. Messages should be received with more speed and reliability now as well.

Excellent. A faster IM definitely would be an improvement for the site.

Okamiwan21 and I are chatting, and my messages aren't coming up in the pink boxes. Also, his messages don't get to my chat box. He said he was having a problem as well. Just thought I'd let you know.
