Just got it and haven't had time to play but my friends are saying it can be kinder hard. Is this true?

It is the one of the most well made games of the decade. Just put it on casual if you dont want a hard experience.

Yeah it seems to be that way. The graphics are ve4y nice.

Agreed, some games sacrifice game play and story for amazing graphics. Witcher 3 is the whole package. You wont be disappointed. Enjoy!
