Has anybody learned anything since being on this site?

People don't know how to introduce themselves on that persons page before "Adding Friends." That's low. That's like walking into there house, and not saying hi. "The person entering starts the conversation." Guess not....

I've learned that most people on this site are men and the few ladies that are here are generally harassed by guys that have no clue how to talk to women and then pretend they're women to get closer to women or troll other men and think that's funny. I've learned that thanks to the power of being anonymous and the extra lax rules on this site, people say whatever they want under a fake name, fake profile pic, fake everything and think they're the most gansta/funniest/smartest/whatever to come to this site. I've learned that, like Scarhead said, people really don't listen/read what you post on your page and just send requests for whatever the reason and assume that you'll accept them and if you don't you're lame for not tolerating their bullshit or blatant disrespect. I've learned that I'm really tired of these children and I have very little patience for fake people.

ScarHead, problem is this site requires people to be friends to send pms. Not everyone is comfortable with anyone being able to read their conversations. I'd compare it more to asking for a person's number so you can talk to them one on one, rather than yelling across a room full of people.

well, before you can get that person's # you have to go up to said person somewhere in public and say hi and convince said person to give you their number.
