Does anybody know why Madara (cough, cough) only took one of Nàgato's Rinnegan's instead of both?

Because he already had one kamui. Which can be argued to be stronger that a rinnegan eye.

Ah okay, that makes sense now. I didn't realize that was a mangekyo that he was using since they never really showed it take a shape other than your average sharingan.
