It's all about mindset peoples. You have to want it. Having a solid midsection is one of the best indicators of overall health.

WTF king frost! Oooh, you are really lucky. Some people naturally do not store much body fat. For me, the absolute only place my body fat is stored is around my stomach area. I'm actually quite lean everywhere else. Sorry for derailing the thread, but man, that is a revalation to see how far behind I am :P

Health is something to improve for one's self, not that being your best for another is a bad thing. My woman thinks I'm sexy and that works for me. Sooo.... How about those truths and dares?

Hahaha, I know all about that kizumono, my little sister is the same. Wants to work out to lose a little weight but has to watch the baby nonstop
