I never went to a prom and look at me I turned out just fine! ....yeah you should probably go.

I went with my best friend to my one and only prom (in Germany you only have prom once after graduating). We were the two tallest girls in the year and stood out on the dance floor more than anyone else, lol. Maybe you could also go with friends? A date isn't nessecary to have a good time at a prom. Besides... food and drinks. I don't miss any chances to freeload...

I never went to mine - wasn't really my scene. However, you should definitely go!! I agree with Xynox, you don't need a date to have an awesome time. And freeloading is always a plus!!

I went to prom twice, once in my junior year and the other being my senior prom. I didn't have a date both times, we all just went as a group of friends and it was really fun.
