I'll tell you fancy- You're Kanime from sCRYed. She loves the hero Kazuma. She is a young girl for most of the series, but looks up to Kazuma as both an older brother and crushes on him. He cares for her platically. There love is based on shared tragedy and mutual experience. At the end of sCRYed, she is older and is waiting for Kazuma to return to her from protecting the island from invaders. I always looked up to Kazuma because of his recklessness and spunk. I'd probably be more like Uziane and be obsessed with a strange power based around watermelons. But if I am Kazuma, then you are Kanime. That doesn't imply I am your senpai or you are a little girl. The shared love they have between each other is what we possess. And that transcends any relationship

It's been called Anime X-Men. Basically a major natural disaster in Japan (big shock) takes place around the time we are living in. The cause was due to a rip between this world and a parallel world full of infinite energy. The place where the disaster struck became its own island separated from mainland Japan. This land is called the "Lost Ground" because the Japanese government and military has little to no control over it. 1% of he people in this land were born with super powers, call "Alter" powers. They are referred to as Native Alter users. The Japanese government likes to kidnap or coerce some of them back to the mainland where they conduct horrible testings on to make them super soldiers. And many are brainwashed. The government has a city on the Lost Ground and a police force (called HOLD) to govern this small area. Also included is HOLY, a group of refined Alter users whose job it is to kidnap Native Alters to be taken back to the mainland for the above reasons. Now Kazuma has the power to turn his arm into metal and beat the crap out of people. His power is he can punch things REALLY hard. But he can only do his main attacks 3 times. At the beginning at least. Kaname has the titular power of scrying- she can sense people's emotions (usually Kazuma's) in her sleep. Later, these are make stronger. There are other plots, but that is the basis.

If you want 'Anime X-Men' Darker than black would probably be a lot closer, if not raildex or the recent Charlotte. Heck, few years back madhouse was commissioned to make a a few adaptations of marvel stuff which included an x-men adaptation, so there's sort of already an offical anime x-men.

I finally figured out donnie. He is a love child between Kyoya Senpai and Archer.
