If you see someone in need of help, would you help?

Give a man a fish & you will feed him for a day. Teach a man to fish & you will feed him for a lifetime. If you save an elder's life by giving them CPR but you broke their ribs in the process in the US, they will sue you even if you are a trained & certified health/medical professional.

You should ask first before using CPR and if the person can't answer ask the people there with if you can. It they say no then don't save them.

I try to help out if i can cause who wouldnt like help in a situation where a bunch of papers fell and your already running late for an appointment or something. But yeah im not gonna go out of my way to help someone if i can do something within my power then i will help

I try to help out where I can on the basis that I would want someone to do the same for me. That being said I do not want to be peoples doormat, so I am not afraid to refuse to help someone if needed.
