Videos: Copy and past the URL from Youtube (without spaces) https : // www.youtube.com / watch?v=BMFsJiAcELY Next remove the "s" from "https" http : / /www.youtube.com / watch?v=BMFsJiAcELY Doing that, without the spaces, post your video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BMFsJiAcELY Photos: Find an image from a search engine. Post the URL of the photo (hotlinking), for example (minus spaces): http :// i.imgur.com / no3dSpC.jpg Like so: http://i.imgur.com/no3dSpC.jpg
