@verflucht I agree. Good friends shouldn't be forcing you to choose. Either your friends are just seriously jealous or something, or this guy is super dangerous and they're actually worried about your health. I think in relationships, the most important thing is the two people involved. I don't think anyone else has the right to butt in. Friends and family can give advice, sure, but they shouldn't directly interfere. Relationships are complicated enough without friends and family being a part of it too. Either way, since this has happened twice, I'd suggest you seriously reconsider your choice of friends, or your taste in guys.

Choose your friends, always choose your friends cause the way things play out is you throw them off to the side and then the guy/girl breaks up with you then you have no one to go back to. If your friends dont like him there is a reason why. Obviously friends would be happy that you found someone (if they are truly your friends) and if they dont like him something is wrong
