Windows 10 download is a scam

If you upgrade from the windows updater it wont delete everything you had previously. Some of my programs didnt end up working so i'm gonna have to reinstall them. However if you decide to do a clean install you'd have to reinstall all your programs from scratch.

There's also a "pseudo"clean install procedure if you Download from the media tool procedure. From there you have an option to keep personal files only, keep all files or discard everything. Kind of wish I did it this way but whatever. I might do a clean install someday but I'm too lazy

So you can disable the data sent eh? Hmmm I have like a bunch of crap on my pc and still organizing it all. Dunno if I want to upgrade or not.
