I maybe a guy ... but I am going to say/type Neither ... I am all for the LONG vest ... like the ones worn by Kpop boy bands or Jpop AKB girl groups ... Its kinda what I would like to wear whenever I can ...

Im a Jeans and shirt kind of guy myself. If I wear anything long and 'flowy' it would be my favorite English frock coat. (I'll wear this coat around town to see if anyone recognizes it lol). http://i.imgur.com/cSXG9lo.jpg

It depends a lot in the mood and in the weather. In my country weather almost do not vary, where I live is always in between 20-30 c so I'd wear dresses if I had a lot of them but I would rather wear sport shoes, t-shirts and pants (mostly leggings) since is more comfy that way. Dresses and skirts are dangerous when you have to go up stairs, walk fast or something and I do that a lot. Though I like wearing shorts and one pieces because those are comfy and I don't have to worry about showing too much (I'm aware this is solved wearing shorts underneath but I also don't like that, it totally erases the freedom of a skirt making it uncomfortable instead.).

T-shirt and jeans. Cross-dressing ain't my thing. :P
