My Life Is AWESOME.

Anyone else having an epic time of their life right now? Let me list a few things that have really boosted my mood over the month, regardless of the tiny little rosebud-sized shit I've been putting up with for a while. 1) I have a new puppy. At two months old, we're not sure if it'll be more Chihuahua or Golden Retriever, but he's chubby like that dog from Marley and Me. So he might grow a bit bigger than some want him... :P 2) Colleges want me. And not just the crappy ones! Feels great, man. 3)I'm applying to all the art workshops and stuff. I look forward to doing what I love. 4) I've really begun to transcend those stupid little cliques in favor of being a "wandering entertainer" - the kid who goes around ranting and telling jokes and stories. It's brought me to a whole new level of popularity (not that I care about it the way movies make it out to be). 5) Apparently I'm a really good dancer who can go on for hours on end... if fed enough cake, chips, and soda! :D 6) Lots of guys are all over me. Although I'm not sure I wanna get tied down in anything. >.> Which is why I'm on here. "Expanding my horizons" and all that. Regardless, MY LIFE ROCKS RIGHT NOW. It's good to be young. Anybody else feeling like they're enjoying life at the moment?

Yuck, the formatting came out awfully. :( Reminds me of the old joke about the mother whose baby was so ugly that when it was born, she insisted, "Put it back! Put it back!" By the way, I'm listening to Remember the Name by Fort Minor. :3 It's a great song that psyches me up.

Im chasing after my novel-writing goals for the summer, hoping to get it published one day. In addition, I am becoming more independent at the same time (working a minimum wage job). Both are helping me improve my work ethic and direction in life. My life doesn't particularly rock, but I love the fact that I'm chasing after my dreams. ^_^

I want to chase my dreams too. :D But for now I have to shut up and pretend to listen to my parents so it's not obvious how ill-prepared I am for real life. :D
