why do people here have 10+ pictures of random anime bullshit and 0 pictures of themself?

I have pics of myself, this is a dating site, sure nobody wants to be judged but how do you know if someone wants to date you and be physically intimate with you if they don't know what you even look like? Or are you just going to get married on World of Warcraft and only have roleplay and virtual sex?

Because, there are cases of trolls who like to steal other peoples information and pictures, and use them against the original person to ruin their reputation. It is annoying as fuck, to put it bluntly. Why do we need to show ourselves anyway? If you really want to know what a person looks like, why don't you get to know them privately, and exchange looks then? I mean yeah, there is a 50/50 chance they might be lying to you because, it is the internet anyway, but I think everyone has their right to hide themselves if they want to. Although, many abuse that trust, but it is their own reason why they want to keep themselves private. Oh, but the reason why I keep myself private is because the first part of my statement, happened to me. So. Moral of the story, I don't really trust people on the internet like I use too.

I don't really find those people pathetic, or I should put it, I don't find myself pathetic. If you want to know what I look like, ask for my facebook. It is honestly a simple question that people get too worked up over because they either take it the wrong way, or they do in fact value their privacy to some extreme extent.
