Events at Otakon

I am currently attending the Baltimore Otakon. There is a panel/workshop I really want to go to, but being 18+ I fear going alone. I'm not sure what to do. Do I go and endure the odd feelings, or do I try to find someone I am comfortable with at the con (I'm not sure how I will go about this either) and ask them to accompany me. I really want to go, but... people. Haha.

I could go with you if you like, I've been meeting Mo pals here all weekend and could use some more friends. if it ok with you let's hang out

Decided not to go. Just easier this way, and the line for passes was way too long. Meh.
