id only assume this would be unpopular because it goes against both extremes of the political spectrum, but i wish they wouldnt take books off of curriculums for students in middle school and up. classic literature is a product of its time, and we should learn from the bad as much as we do the good. just apply the necessary context along with the lesson.
teenagers are going to learn about these heavy subjects eventually, what better location than a classroom and what better lense than a book? book banning is one of the lowest and most dangerous forms of censorship because it directly targets children with selfish agendas

@momoichi I wholeheartedly agree, that's one of the big problems of education around the world nowadays.

One from me, hardship builds character, as harsh as it sounds, people who haven't had any struggle in their life are usually shallow and have no personality.

Also nfts are retarded and are only good for money laundering, base your currency or art on hype and it's gonna crash sooner than later.

Yelena is the best side character in the MCU. I really liked her in the Black Widow movie, but her scenes in the Hawkeye series are the highlights!

People should pass a test in order to be able to have kids. Like parenting license that would test multiple aspects in order to determine whether they are qualified to have kids or not.

That's been done before in various ways throughout history across many nations. Almost always with negative consequences. It's impossible to know what to look for in a proper parent. Kids are always different too.
-
In China they attempted to restrict child bearing to one per family which later was revised to two. It was done in order to control population growth as well as breed a higher quality of people.
-
Unfortunately what happened was entire villages of citizens became predominantly male as male children were the only ones to pass family names and wealth.
-
This also led to an influx of crimes committed by mearly giving birth to twins or triplets.
-
Babies were sacrificed to spare the parents from paying the Chinese government thousands of dollars.
-
Not just in China have they experimented on population control.
-
A few European countries also have subtly attempted to sterilize people diagnosed with mental health conditions. Though many of those operations were shut down when word got out about the treatment of mental patients some of those doctors and government agents relocated to different countries including the Americas (North, Cental, and South).
-
Though I can say I understand the sentiment, there would be no humane method of such control.
-
People will continue to breed and most often the least qualified.
-
That said, most of us wouldn't exist without them.
-
My family is no exceptions.
-
Some grew up to do great things while others were horrible people. Most fell somewhere inbetween.
-
All we as individuals can do is live our best lives and control ourselves as best we can.
-
No government can do that nor a society. It will always be individual's responsibility to be the best possible solution to this complicated situation.

Yeah never really works and thoughts to make it work would make things worse
