I'm glad that I was convinced to watch Gate! Goof animation. Liking it just as much as the manga. I seem to be drawn to shows like this where anime tropes have a sort of explanation that is central to the plot. I.e. Darker than black. Edit: Pina co Lada or whatever is still a dumb name.

Finally watching "Shiki" and also "Game of Laplace"... not sure what to think of the latter so far. I feel like they're tryin' too hard. There are only 7 episodes out though.. so we'll see.
