Anime will never be illegal unless they make all art illegal (Which would never happen) but going by them some how banning anime. I don't think they could keep up with the traffic of people breaking the "Anime Law". If you think about it, Its like torrent sites and downloading. The government cant keep up with the amount of people downloading illegally. They are putting up a good effort to shut down torrent sites and a few have been shut down. But then new torrent sites pop up or old sites just move domains. So in essence they are fighting a losing battle. @OtakuJT~ People always need something or someone to blame for their own faults. I always laugh when i hear people say "violent TV and Games are why kids these days go out and hurt people". And I'm like "No parents not disciplining their children is the reason why". I play violent game watch violent movies, I never went out and shot someone for no reason. Everyone knows right from wrong, So these people know what they are doing is wrong. Its just they don't care. The world revolves around them, And nothing or no one else matters. Its just pure selfishness.

If it becomes illegal, there would be a lot a anime dealers. For example: Dealer: Hey nigga, come over here cuz, I got that those K-on dvds cuz. They kawaii as fuck bruh, it'll make your kokoro go doki doki. 15 a pop. Buyer: Nah, bruh I'm looking fo dat Boku no piku, you got on ya. Dealer: Nah, you going to have to go the trap house for dat shit cuz.

If anime became illegal... I'd fucking rape the person who did it, burn their body, desecrate their ashes, put the ashes in water, piss in the water, and put their soul(If they even had one) in the worst possible hell, where it will be tortured for eternity!! Yes, I will so fucking do it, because taking away anime from me is taking away my soul, and I will be nothing but a mere monster...
