Feedback please!

My brother is an amazing artist but he isn't really all that confident about his work so I was hoping I could get some friendly critique Update: If I could get the picture up...well it's up on my profile so please check it if you can!

I'd say the mouth and nose need a bit in refinement, but his skill overall is beyond amateur level! Be sure and tell him to continue drawing, to refine his skill and hone his style.

I consider myself as an Amateur artist,as Long people like the art,thats all it counts,if anyone dislike or give negative feedbacks,use it to improve your skills,well thats my way to see things lol
