Touhou's Fanime was at least well animated and well done. I don't like the dumb browser game for Kancolle but the fan art is good, I guess. As for the original question, there does not exist an English version. Tough luck.

Yeah, least Touhou's Fanime wasn't bloated with horrible looking cgi like kancolle.
