Welcome to the site Solarwing. I've got to ask, how/where did you find the option to pop a background picture up on your profile? I can't remember ever seeing it before.

Thanks for the greeting, No I am not a admin, But if you go into your photo gallery and click on the one you want as your background. It will be come full size and below the picture it will say. Select Gallery Cover, Make Profile Cover, and Delete. You want to select Make Profile Cover. And you should have your background Pic.
