who's ready for otakon?

im kind of excited, at the same time not, hopefully this year is gonna be great unlike last year. weird that last year was so crowded

At 100$ a person, not me. When I started, it was 50 at the door. As much as I love the con, there is no reason for such a jump without much of a return. When l'arc en ciel were there, it was amazing, and that was like 55$ for the weekend... now at 100, what are we really getting? Lesser quality/known musical artists, equal amount of talent.. it just feels like it's more towards profits now than it was in years past. :/ Edot: Note, I never paid at door, always preordered. Even at preorder at 85/95, it's still way too high for my tastes with little return.
