Cheering up

When I'm extremely depreseed, (which doesn't happen that often but when it does, it hits hard) I play one of my favourite games for a few hours. The nostalgia factor of this game beats EVERYTHING. http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en/f/fe/TL_cover_japanese.jpg What do you guys do in those cases?

When Im depressed I watch my favorite variety show and if that fails to cheer me up then I cuddle with my dog haha :3
