Skill Hunt - Dragon Ball Xenoverse

So, yeah, I've been trying to get the skill Evil Whirlwind for about a week (on and off) now, and I have yet to achieve what I want. You get Evil Whirlwind from the Parallel Quest "Power Teams" as a drop from the revived Gohan. Anyone have better luck than me? I have Xenoverse on PS4. Aiming to platinum the game and I just need the Supers and Ultimates.

i have it for ps4, but i dont think im there yet, im only lvl 39 and i can only get on for like an hour or two per week
