Women who respond to messages in a dull way?

@reisudo: I think everyone in the google hangout is really fun and chill, and because I can actually talk than actually typing it out. I also don't want to give out my skype because that's more for my youtube connections. It's just harder to convey interesting conversations when you're just typing.

Usually that means they're not that interested in you or even talking to you, but at the very least they have the courtesy to respond to you instead of just ignoring you outright. Some girls do that, but when you find someone who is interested in you then chances are they'll talk to you an awful lot. But then again some girls are just generally really shy and have trouble adding to the conversation - even when its just messages they find it difficult to keep a conversation going and if that's the case then you're gonna need to drive the conversation in a more interesting direction by bringing up different things in the hopes that eventually something will finally click and you have her talking just as much as you. But don't be surprised when nothing does click or if they still don't have much to say on the subject - some people like to break their message down into small bitesize texts which does show they're interested in the conversation, they just don't like using walls of text (That's usually a trait of shy people) which is understandable but worse case scenario, the reason why they come off as dull is because you come off as dull yourself so it's a double-edged sword really and when you get the message "k" then I would just give up on that person at that point. You'll eventually come across someone who's interested in you, just keep searching :D

I think they would rather talk in detail face-to-face even if they are interested. Plus, perceived chemistry is usually a delusion online since people have x amount of time to think of their responses, use photo shop on their pictures, or present themselves in the way they want to vs their actual disposition. Getting to "know" people online isn't exactly something people should want to do / should rely on. Additionally, some people might just be using dating sites to lurk or just find others with general interests (the way I use this site to find other cosplay friends/ collaborators instead of dating), giving you the aforementioned courtesy responses.
