@hillboy Thanks. Sticking to it is actually one of my problems I need to work on. @exad That all just sounds like too much work, I don't think I would ever get to that point.

It does depend on the girl. You can try using protein supplements and creatine supplements if you're looking to get the big look, and just protein for the cut look.

I had the same problem Randy, try and find a workout buddy so you can keep each other motivated. My brother and I work out 4 times a week. If one of us starts getting lazy we just nag each other haha.

This is what I use usually use http://www.optimumnutrition.com/products/naturally-flavored-100-whey-gold-standard-p-202.html Protein is pretty expensive. but you need lots of protein to build muscle.

Oh cool. It'll be worth it in the end. I'm tired of being single and it would make things easier at work and whatnot .

It depends on the person if they like muscle men. Don't get too ripped unless that is your thing, depends on your body type as to what you can bear healthfully and not look like crap when you are older.
