I think the whole problem could be solved by having one uni/omnisex bathroom with more private (completely enclosed) stalls. Otherwise nobody will agree. Because what about FtM's that look like men but have a vagina? What about intersex persons? Hermaphrodites? etc.

I understand what you mean Maverick, But you have to understand. Laws were made for people as a hole not just for separate people. It's sad but..It's just how it is. If it could be changed so easily then they would have made it legal by now. The fact it isn't, Is the reality of it all.

I also do agree there should be more unisex/family bathrooms. It would help solve the problem efficiently. But the Male and Women bathroom scenario is often more common. I know quite a handful of men and women who both say ' They wouldn't use the same toilet as the opposite sex ' One of my good friends is like that..She'll refuse to use uni sex bahtrooms..I have no idea why. Some people are just like that.

Yes it is possible Maverick which more why it shouldn't be allowed because allowing it would increase the fact someone could get raped. And most places can afford it..They always take that into consideration when building the place.. I have nothing against uni sex bathrooms though it's perfectly fine. I've seen quite a few places that have all 3 of them. Female Male and Unusex bathrooms. It's just not very common not unless it's like a really big place like a convention dorm is where I saw it.

Anyone can rape anyone so this whole thread is pointless really. It's all just perception and emotional comfort. More trans/inter people are coming out and feeling more free to be themselves so it causes discomfort with ignorant people who don't understand. The gender lines will continue to blur as more and more people feel more free to express themselves and not feel trapped into closed minded gender roles. Eventually society as a whole will evolve and learn to adjust and make fundamental changes to their whole way of thinking. (hopefully)
