I kinda am in anime series like I found Highschool dxd kinda funny and fun to watch. But in real life I'm more respectful to girls and unless they would talk about it you would not hear me starting a perv conversation. I guess that is what you get if being raised by mainly your mother and sister :p

My perv level is over 9000? Well in all honesty we all have a fetish or two, as long as you want to find them. Now can you find a partner b/gf with whom to do them with the most common answer is no. But we are all perverts in different degrees, even if you don't want to admit it.

I dont think until you wank in public or caught with a videocam in the women(or men) bathroom u can be labeled as a pervert, id say 99% of the people would be more considered a fetishist :) but thats my humble opinion ^^
