Dragonball z was my first anime that i watched it was dubbed i couldn't stop watching it whit the epic fights i liked gohan and trunks the most especially when trunks first shows up and reks freeza.. like 6 years later i began watching anime because of a recommendation of a friend of mine to try out bleach and from there i started to watch alot of different shows.

My parents had a VHS copy of Nausica and the Valley of the Wind. That was the my first anime. My second one, was actually Akira, back when the Sci-fi channel showed anime.

Sailor Moon was my first anime. I still remember my older brother waking me up one morning when I was in the fifth grade to watch it. Blew my mind and changed my world. XD DBZ was a close follower (I even watched the Spanish version that aired on TV, lol). I've watched countless series since then (god, almost twenty years), but those two were my big firsts and will always hold a special place in my heart.

Technically, it was City Hunter since my mother watched it with me when I was still a baby. Afterwards I guess Yu-Gi-Oh but it was just a cartoon to me at the time. The anime that really caught me was School Rumble.
