Too much variation to ever stop. I'm certainly not one who watches constantly, but when I do, it's a god damn marathon. I find most of the plots and characters to be much deeper than most western live action or otherwise shows.
I actually don't really watch anime anymore. Not because I'm actively avoiding it, but I'm not actively following it. I kinda dropped out right before naruto was just starting so anything around that time to present chances are I've probably never watched/heard of. The only anime I watch is really just older ones when I feel nostalgic :p
I got episodes of Gotham and the flash sitting on my DVR... I'm just not interested.
i watch anime on my tablet while going to work or on my computer at home ( or stream it to my tv via my ps3) other then the news to get a weather report on my way out or occasional politics....I don't watch tv anymore.
Undoubtedly forever. I'm not some hardcore fanatic, but the art-style of the medium is so charming and pleasant, I don't know another visual medium like it. So, simply for that.
