Any Hajime no Ippo fans?

hey hello nice to meet u too yeah Hajime no Ippo was amazing i really liked the movies to im a bit sad that they didn't get a new anime. whit the manga now going over a thousand chapters i thougt that there would be a new anime whit maybe a time skip what could work i still keep my hopes up and my finger's crossed.

The anime is really good, I haven't read the manga though. I have never cared for boxing, but the fight scenes and the struggle the characters go through to make it to the top are what appealed to me. Anime has a way of making mundane sports seem epic.
