I need help finding a tailor T___T

Its really hard to find a tailor who is willing to make frans'x costume from final fantasy 12 AND her armor plates... if anybody can help I would appreciate it ^_^ :D

Hmm....there WAS a site I knew of that made REAL, CUSTOM "Kingdom Hearts" Organization XIII Outfits. They might do that, too.....now where was that site......
